Led the strategy, development, and execution of video marketing campaigns designed to build brands, promote services, generate leads, and support client growth. Managed the complete production process from creative concept, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot-list development through filming, editing, post-production, and final delivery. Directed video crews, trained and mentored creative personnel, and established production workflows and quality-control standards.

Founder / Publisher / Digital Media Producer
Founded and operated Vegas Family Events, a Southern Nevada digital media publication covering family activities, local businesses, attractions, and community resources. Managed web publishing, editorial planning, social media, digital advertising, and community partnerships. Produced original marketing videos from concept and script development through filming, editing, publishing, and promotion. Built relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and tourism partners to develop sponsored content and targeted promotional campaigns. Grew the publication’s audience and online presence while managing daily operations, client communication, content production, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Media Arts & Computer Science
Developed and led a student news production program for grades 6-8, guiding students through story development, scriptwriting, interviewing, camera operation, audio recording, editing, anchoring, and final broadcast delivery. Taught Media Arts across all grade levels and sixth-grade Computer Literacy, integrating video production, podcasting, digital design, color theory, and educational technology into standards-aligned instruction. Created hands-on newsroom experiences in which students assumed production roles, collaborated on original stories, met deadlines, and completed publishable media projects. Differentiated instruction to support varied learning needs while maintaining lesson plans, student progress documentation, assessments, and required reporting. Collaborated with teachers, families, and colleagues to connect news coverage and media projects with classroom learning, school events, student achievement, and the broader school community.

Built and trained an eighth-grade production team capable of independently producing and operating a daily live school newscast. Doral Academy Red Rock High School
Support and help lead the high school news production program, guiding students through story development, scriptwriting, interviewing, filming, editing, anchoring, directing, and final broadcast delivery. Train students to operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, teleprompters, green-screen systems, and live-production technology while assigning and supervising newsroom roles. Coordinate coverage of school events, athletics, interviews, and community stories while coaching students in visual storytelling, camera presence, shot composition, and professional production practices. Manage CTE social media content by developing video campaigns, organizing production schedules, supervising student-created posts, and preparing content for school digital platforms. Collaborate with the lead teacher on instruction, technical demonstrations, studio operations, equipment management, and the development of students capable of working independently in deadline-driven production environments.
Current Focus
My current goal at Doral Academy Red Rock High School is to strengthen the student broadcast program by creating consistent, professional production systems and giving students greater ownership of the production process. I am also working to expand sports coverage and social media content while preparing students to compete successfully in SkillsUSA and Student Television Network competitions.
